We are currently seeking a Junior/Process Officer/Specialist to join the International Payments Sweden Team.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the International Payments SE team. Our mission is to add value by enabling Nordea customers to make payments according to their preferences and ensuring that our company offers a compelling payment solution that customers will choose as their primary payment method. As a Process Officer/Specialist in the International Payments Sweden Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering daily services to our customers in Sweden.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring the sustainability of processes and meeting agreed service levels
  • Acquiring in-depth process knowledge to deliver required service levels
  • Performing routine tasks at a high standard of quality and within specified timelines by adhering to guidelines and work procedures
  • Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement within your scope of responsibility to enhance process efficiency, minimize operational risks, and reduce costs
  • Developing, refining, and updating documentation and procedures
  • Representing the unit professionally to uphold Nordea's reputation
  • Operating in a Nordic working environment

As a valued member of our highly skilled team, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the international finance sector, expand your knowledge of the banking industry, and contribute to various projects that drive future innovations in Nordea's banking sector.

This position is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Background in administration
  • Any background in finance would be a valuable asset
