About this Exciting Opportunity

Welcome to the Production - Cards Team 2. In this role, you will be pivotal in tasks such as Card registration, maintenance, and managing invoices and payments for both Consumer and Commercial customers. As a Process Officer/Specialist, you will not only contribute significantly to our team but also engage in collaborations with teams across Cards Services Poland and our Nordic Stakeholders.

What You'll be Responsible for:

  • Working on Cards registration for Consumer and Commercial customers
  • Managing Card maintenance and Accounts Receivable cases
  • Gaining exposure to the backup structure within the team
  • Developing and updating documentation and procedures related to assigned tasks
  • Enhancing the efficiency of assigned tasks and processes

You will be part of a vibrant and committed team that fosters an inspiring atmosphere within the Cards Department. This position is based in Łódź.
