About this opportunity

Welcome to the Investigations NO team where we contribute value by addressing incoming requests, complaints, and investigations related to both international and domestic payment flows. As a Process Officer/Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in Payment Services Operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences by efficiently managing manual processes associated with Cash Management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure accurate payment flows for Nordea Norway customers
  • Independently resolve issues concerning customer and foreign bank requests and complaints
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in Payment Services, Customer Service, and branches across Nordic countries and Poland
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for payment inquiries (via phone and email), providing solutions and expertise
  • Contribute to enhancing the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
  • Identify and escalate issues according to procedures to prevent future recurrences

Join the Investigation Norway Team, where proactive, dedicated individuals tackle new challenges to meet customer expectations. This role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Completed at least secondary education
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2 level, both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
