About this opportunity
Welcome to the Offboarding & Estates SE team, where we excel at executing operational procedures tied to customer requests from Sweden. As a (Junior) Process Officer/Specialist proficient in Swedish, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier customer service for estates and departing customers in Sweden.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting Estate and Balance Statement related customer requests
  • Handling invoice payments and payout slips
  • Expanding your understanding of banking services
  • Crafting, enhancing, and maintaining process documentation
  • Engaging with internal applications and procedures to cater to evolving customer needs, implementing methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with colleagues across borders in Scandinavian countries
  • Diversifying your skill set by tackling various tasks related to daily banking services
  • Contributing to the continuous enhancement of process routines through innovative ideas and contributions

You will be part of a team working in a bilingual (English and Scandinavian) environment that emphasizes personal growth and teamwork. This role is stationed in Łódź.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

  • Demonstrate strong communicative skills in Swedish (minimum B2 level)
  • Exhibit communicative proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Show the ability to make autonomous decisions and think innovatively
  • Possess an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Have proficient knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Be adept at managing stressful situations and be target-driven
  • Hold a university degree and ideally have previous international exposure (a plus but not mandatory)
