At Salesloft, our Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our high-performing Finance team and help scale the company by building the forecasting and reporting processes that set the direction for the organization.

On a day-to-day basis, you will act as the lead point consolidating our business unit forecasts and results, and own the corporate cash flow and balance sheet models. This individual will serve as the go-to person for our balance sheet/cash flow modeling and reporting. Specifically, you will:

• Consolidate the creation of a detailed operating plan and long-term corporate financial model and will track ongoing changes to the business
• Own Salesloft's long-term three-statement model - balance sheet and cash flow planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Enhance the financial systems in order to support business processes and operational needs
• Create and maintain reports including packages for our executive team, board of directors, and investors
• Strong partnership with the Accounting and BI teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, understanding key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating/presenting key messages to senior finance leadership
• Support the accounting team in the month end close process, assisting with variance analysis as needed
• Deep understanding of consolidation complexities such as multi-currency translation and multi-currency reporting
• Coordinate the preparation of company financials to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft's Finance team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming finance professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Finance team consists of professionals who are customer-centric and passionate about making a difference in their role. THE SKILL SET:

• 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience (accounting or investment banking experience preferred)
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting, including balance sheet planning and cash flow forecasting
• Tech savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude with high level of eagerness and aptitude to learn new technology and practices
• Experience in high growth companies and comfortable working on a fast-paced team with changing priorities
• Independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to adapt as the business grows
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills required
• Ability to manage multiple projects of increasing complexity simultaneously
• Nice to have: experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights)

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:

• Attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
• Begin 1:1's with your manager, understand your plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your group(s)
• Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
• Have a deep understanding of the company's financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

• Drive the consolidated corporate month end close reporting and variance analysis for our corporate model
• Develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders to provide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:

• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting your respective group(s) with a focus on increased forecast accuracy and continual process improvement
• Own the monthly financial reporting to your respective group(s), including ELT member

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

• Own the consolidation of the budget and long-range planning for Salesloft
• Contribute to broader company-wide strategic planning in support of long-term goals and initiatives
• Proactively identify areas of risk and opportunity within the company's balance sheet and cash flow
