Technologies-expected : Service Now about-project : As the Service Level and Reporting Manager, you will be the Process Owner for Service Level and Reporting Management.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure service delivery aligns with agreed-upon standards and contractual commitments.

You will actively communicate with customers, oversee service level compliance, and ensure the effective application of contract changes.


Additionally, you will deliver compliance reports for each service within the scope of Service Level Management (SLM), designing reports based on measurement logic provided by Process Managers.


responsibilities :

Service Level Management:

Quality Improvement:
Make recommendations to the management team on ways to improve service quality.

Contract Management:
Apply contract changes from Change Control procedures to SLAs and reporting, communicating these changes to stakeholders and practitioners.

SLA Compliance:
Ensure all services provided by the company meet the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Breach Reporting:
Report any breaches of the SLAs to the relevant department heads.

Contract Point-of-Contact: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for contract-related questions, interpretations, or clarifications.

SLA Review:
Regularly review SLAs to ensure they are relevant and achievable.

Reporting Management:

Request Review:
Review reporting requests related to SLM reporting.

Report Design:
Design and build SLM reports for each service within the scope of the processes.

Timely Delivery:
Ensure timely delivery of reports and manage their schedules.

Report Management:
Manage ownership, visibility, and access to reports and dashboards.

Process Ownership:
Mission and Improvement: Define the overall mission and continuously improve the Service Level and Reporting Management processes.

Goal Setting:
Establish and communicate the process mission, goals, and objectives.

Documentation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive process and procedure documentation.

Staffing and Training:
Ensure proper staffing and provide robust training for process execution.

Consistent Execution:
Maintain consistency in process execution, ensuring high standards and reliability.

requirements-expected : At least 5 years of experience in IT service management or 2 years in a similar role.

Strong understanding of ITSM processes; ITIL Certificate v4 is a plus.

Extensive hands-on experience with Service Now is a must.

Energetic and collaborative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
