Naszym klientem jest międzynarodowy operator logistyczny specjalizujący się w obsłudze klientów w ramach projektów co-packingowych.

Opis stanowiska:

Poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera na stanowisko Head of Co-packing Operations, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie zespołem produkcyjnym oraz kontakt z klientami.

Zakres obowiązków:
  • Kierowanie dużym zespołem operacyjnym składającym się z pracowników firmy oraz pracowników APT (5 direct reports)
  • Bieżące planowanie zasobów i jego dynamiczne dopasowywanie do zmieniających się potrzeb klientów
  • Wykorzystanie systemów oceny produktywności do monitorowania i optymalizacji wydajności
  • Wprowadzanie usprawnień procesowych zgodnie z filozofią continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean Management)
  • Bliska współpraca z działem kontroli jakości, BHP oraz innymi działami wspierającymi bieżące działania operacyjne
  • Nadzór nad procesem wdrażania nowych pracowników, zapewniając skuteczny onboarding i szkolenia
  • Wycena poszczególnych procesów produkcyjnych oraz dbanie o realizację kluczowych wskaźników efektywności (KPI's)
  • Współpraca z zespołem w celu poszukiwania i implementacji rozwiązań automatyzujących procesy
  • Praca z systemem ERP oraz przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów dla klienta oraz przełożonego
Wymagania:
  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym w obszarze zarządzania produkcją lub logistyką
  • Mile widziani kandydaci z doświadczeniem w zarządzeniu operacjami co-packingowymi po stronie operatorów logistycznych
  • Doświadczenie w implementacji filozofii Lean Management i ciągłego doskonalenia
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zdolność do zarządzania zespołem i budowania relacji z różnorodnymi interesariuszami
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. angielskiego konieczna do efektywnej współpracy w międzynarodowym środowisku
  • Umiejętność adaptacji do dynamicznie zmieniających się warunków i zarządzania złożonymi projektami
  • Duża dbałość o szczegóły, jakość i bezpieczeństwo pracy
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami ERP oraz bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel
  • Zdolność do zarządzania oczekiwaniami klientów, zespołu i innych interesariuszy
  • Możliwość pracy na kluczowym stanowisku w międzynarodowej firmie obsługującej globalnych klientów
