About the role:

With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world, we need a smart specialist who will be responsible for Accounts Receivables ("AR") in the Accounting Department, to ensure financial stability in the company. What you'll do:

Thanks to you, all the Accounts Receivable activities will run smoothly: you will process received payments and handle deductions, generate customer statements and raise manual invoices and credit notes. You will use your eye for detail to collate and input data with a high level of accuracy. Apart from that, you will communicate with stakeholders to ensure the payments are processed on time in the correct way.

In detail, you will:

  • Process received payments
  • Prepare reports according to scheduled deadlines
  • Generate customer statements
  • Raise manual invoices and credit notes
  • Clear credit notes
  • Archive relevant AR documents
  • Participate in monthly and yearly closings
  • Carry out account analysis and reconciliation
  • Prepare or update process maps and desktop procedures

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Fluent English, spoken as well as written
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office in general and MS Excel in particular
  • SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Analytical, thorough and detail-oriented
  • proactive and thinking ahead, not merely focusing on the tasks handed to you
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
