Description

In this Customer Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist with Italian role, you'll handle the end-to-end order process for your group of Customers. This includes receiving orders in various formats through different channels, verifying them in SAP R/3, coordinating logistics, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll also communicate in Italian and English, maintain customer relationships, and focus on delivering top-notch service to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Order Management/Customer Service in FMCG sector/Order To Cash/Supply Chain
  • Fluent in Italian and English - written and oral
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle pressure
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is a plus

This role is based in Krakow Office.
