We are looking for Customer Service Specialist with Czech language. Daily work involves order management and cooperation with KAM and sales representatives from Czech Republic, as well as handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders. We offer a competitive salary and contract of employment in a small but stable company that thrives in an international and national environment.

We kindly ask you to provide your CV in Polish or English.

  • Hybrid working system: 2 or 3 days a week working from the office (office in Warsaw, near Okęcie Airport)

  • Working as part of a Czech-speaking customer service team
  • Order management (receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer orders and ensuring that customer needs are met)
  • Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with company standards (taking care of the correct flow of documents and communication in relation to orders and logistics).
  • Supporting key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic,
  • Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
  • Handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve procurement issues.

Necessary requirements:

  • Polish B1
  • Elementary knowledge about customer service and order management

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP or other similar order management systems.
  • 1 year of experience in order management or customer service.
