eFitness to nasza SaaS-owa aplikacja do zarządzania obiektami sportowymi, klubami fitness, kortami do gry w squasha i tenisa. Jej funkcjonalności pozwalają użytkownikom w przyjemny i sprawny sposób komunikować się z klubem, pomagają też właścicielom oraz menadżerom kontrolować zmieniające się dane takie jak: liczba karnetów, płatności online, czy ilość osób na zajęciach.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • obsługa i wsparcie klientów przez czat oraz system zgłoszeń w aplikacji serwisowej,
  • kontakt mailowy oraz telefoniczny z kluczowymi klientami,
  • pomoc zdalna i instalacja aplikacji dodatkowych,
  • analiza potrzeb klienta,
  • konfiguracja systemu eFitness.

Wymagania:

  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,
  • komunikatywność w relacjach z Klientem,
  • biegłość w obsłudze Microsoft Office,
  • doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta ( mile widziane doświadczenie w sektorze klientów biznesowych ),
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole,
  • umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów,
  • kreatywność,
  • odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie
