SAP SuccessFactors Functional Expert (R&O) GET TO KNOW US AND YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a dynamic global team exchanging experience with your peers in other countries. Our goal in this team is to exceed our user expectations by transforming process and creating an amazing employee journey. Your Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on configuration in Success Factors (preferably Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding 2.0)
  • Reporting to Global IT Department and cooperate very closely with our Local PL Business Team
  • Analyzing requirements raised by Business Team and advising on the best possible solution
  • Development of functional specifications and tests scripts
  • User Training
  • Drive the project plans to conclusion
  • Provide maintenance support across all JM countries with main focus on Poland solution
  • Roll'out support for all countries
  • Contacting SAP Support via ticketing tool if needed
OUR REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Success Factors and at least one End-to-End implementation
  • Certification and proven experience in Recruitment and Onboarding module
  • Proven experience in post go-live support and troubleshooting incidents
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills including the ability to cooperate in international projectsand teams
  • Good understanding of HR processes and concepts
  • Effective in communicating and presenting
  • English knowledge min B2
  • Previous implementation of SAP HCM projects be valued
  • Experience in interfaces between Success Factors and SAP or other applications
  • Degree on Computer Science will be valued.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Employee Central Module and Performance, Goals and Succession
