We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Area Accounts Manager) fluent in Romanian and Russian to join our UPM Raflatac team at the UPM Business HUB in Wrocław, Poland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and maintain profit margins aligned with set targets for existing customer accounts
  • Achieve or surpass country revenue and sales volume goals, along with individual Inside Sales targets
  • Expand customer base, nurture existing relationships, and engage internal departments for added support when needed
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce and internal CRMs effectively to keep customer information updated
  • Provide regular reports to your manager and collaborate closely with the field Sales Manager in the country
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivables, acting promptly on overdue payments
  • Offer product advice based on customer requirements via phone, Teams, or email
  • Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to stay ahead
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions, including international travel if required
  • Adapt to evolving work environments and continuously enhance the skills needed for your role

Who You Are

  • You are fluent in both Romanian and Russian, proficient in written and spoken communication, enabling smooth sales interactions via phone; fluency in English is also essential
  • With 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, particularly in phone sales and ideally in a B2B setting
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of the packaging or labeling industry, or relevant commercial education, is a plus
