Będziesz odpowiadać za:
- Opracowanie i wdrożenie strategii utrzymania i rozwoju bazy klientów;
- Zarządzanie zespołem Customer Success;
- Ustalanie celów i planowanie działań dla zespołu;
- Budowanie pomostu między sprzedażą, obsługą klienta a marketingiem;
- Monitorowanie i optymalizację ścieżki klienta;
- Określanie i monitorowanie kluczowych metryk sukcesu / KPI;
- Raportowanie do CRO.
Wymagania:
- 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem Customer Success zorientowanym na sprzedaż;
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (C1);
- Doświadczenie w budowaniu struktur team leaderskich;
- Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne wspierające współpracę z innymi zespołami w firmie;
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów;
- Znajomość metodologii Customer Success;
- Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami analitycznymi oraz CRM;
- Podejście account-based.

- Ostatni etap to spotkanie z zewnętrznym konsultantem Arielem.
