Zadania:

  • Optymalizacja kluczowych procesów biznesowych poprzez automatyzację
  • Rozwój i udoskonalanie doświadczenia klientów B2C i B2B, tj. usprawnienie UX i wsparcie konwersji
  • Identyfikacja szans na rozwój, potrzeb i problemów klientów poprzez bliski kontakt z zespołami produktu, marketingu, sprzedaży, obsługi klienta – rozumienie ich kontekstów biznesowych
  • Automatyzacja ścieżek konwersyjnych i retencyjnych: praca nad bazą klientów, automatyzacja ścieżek konwersji, budowa strategii, implementacja nowych rozwiązań
  • Bieżące monitorowanie wydajności rozwiązań, optymalizacja działań na podstawie celów i wskaźników KPI
  • Praca z Dietly (marketplace B2B2C) oraz MasterlifeCRM (system dla cateringów)

Pożądane umiejętności i doświadczenie:

  • Doświadczenie pracy w obszarze automation – znajomość narzędzi tj. Make, Retool, Zapier i/lub inne narzędzia low-code / no-code
  • Doświadczenie pracy przy bazach danych
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu testów A/B (i wyciąganie z nich wniosków)
  • Znajomość środowiska tech i głównych wskaźników biznesowo-marketingowych
  • Swobodne poruszanie się w ekosystemach web i mobile/app
  • Kompetencje miękkie - odpowiedzialność, goal-oriented, samodzielność i otwarta współpraca z partnerami biznesowymi, chęci do rozwoju i nauki
  • współpracę na zasadach B2B,
  • widełki wynagrodzenia: 10-12k PLN netto + VAT (B2B),
