In dieser Position liegt die Verantwortung darin, die Finanzabläufe zu optimieren, bewährte Verfahren zu implementieren und unser internationales Buchhaltungsteam zu leiten. Die Rolle:

• Leitung und Überwachung der globalen Finanzabteilung, um Genauigkeit, Compliance und Effizienz in allen Ländern sicherzustellen.

• Entwicklung und Implementierung erstklassiger Rechnungslegungsrichtlinien, -verfahren und -kontrollen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Unternehmensziele.

• Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierungsinitiativen zur Rationalisierung der Abläufe und Steigerung der Produktivität.

• Bereitstellung strategischer Finanzberatung und Einblicke für die Geschäftsleitung, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und das Unternehmenswachstum zu fördern.

• Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Verantwortlichkeit und kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung innerhalb des Finanzteams, um exzellente Leistungen zu erzielen und das volle Potenzial auszuschöpfen.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CFO und den externen Wirtschaftsprüfern bei der Leitung der jährlichen Finanzprüfungen.

• Koordination aller steuerlichen Angelegenheiten mit externen Beratern, um die Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu gewährleisten und Verbindlichkeiten zu minimieren.

• Verantwortung für die Einführung eines konzernweiten ERP- und Konsolidierungssystems.
Nasze wymagania Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen im Finanzwesen innerhalb eines multinationalen Umfelds.
Solide technische Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und Beherrschung der GAAP/IFRS-Standards sowie Fachkenntnisse über internationale Steuervorschriften und Prüfungsgrundsätze.
Herausragende Führungs-, Kommunikations- und soziale Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, ein diverses Team zu inspirieren, zu motivieren und zu führen.
Strategisches Denken und ergebnisorientierte Ausrichtung, um Veränderungen und Innovationen voranzutreiben.
Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch.
