Szukamy kandydata na stanowisko Site Reliability Engineer (IT Support), osoby odpowiedzialnej, dyspozycyjnej i zainteresowanej pracą zmianową, która tak jak my rozwija swoje umiejętności, aby realizować coraz ciekawsze i bardziej wymagające zadania i projekty. Mamy na pokładzie ponad stu specjalistów z wartościową wiedzą w zakresie wytwarzania i utrzymania oprogramowania, od których można się wiele nauczyć.

Zakres obowiązków na stanowisku Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) obejmuje:

  • codzienny monitoring aplikacji i środowisk systemowych,
  • monitorowanie, wykrywanie i informowanie o awariach technicznych,
  • diagnozowanie i przeprowadzanie procedur naprawczych,
  • wdrażanie aktualizacji, modyfikacja konfiguracji systemów, aplikacji i narzędzi supportowych, we współpracy z zespołem DevOps,
  • dokumentacja systemów wsparcia, procesów i procedur zespołu,
  • automatyzacja procesów (wszystkiego co możliwe )
  • pisanie skryptów i testów oraz ciągłe usprawnianie procesów monitoringu i obsługi zgłoszeń,
  • dbanie o realizację SLA dla projektów objętych wsparciem zespołu.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w utrzymaniu systemów IT (Level 2 lub Level 3),
  • doświadczenia w pracy z systemami zarządzania alertami, incydentami i problemami (Jira Service Management, OpsGenie),
  • znajomości systemów monitoringu (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Sentry) i umiejętności analizy logów systemowych oraz wyciagania z nich odpowiednich wniosków prowadzących do rozpoznania i rozwiązania problemów,
  • umiejętności zrozumienia architektury aplikacji i przynajmniej podstawowej znajomości języków programowania, np. Python, lub ,
  • dostępności do pracy zmianowej w godzinach 6:00-23:00 od poniedziałku do niedzieli, przy czym każda osoba w zespole wykonuje swoje zadania w wymiarze 40 godzin tygodniowo,
  • samodzielności, dyscypliny i konsekwencji w podejmowaniu i realizacji zgłoszeń,
  • umiejętności współpracy z programistami, DevOpsami, klientem,
  • znajomości rozwiązań chmurowych (AWS, Azure, Firebase), oraz baz danych (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, inne),
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole i pod presją czasu.

Mile widziane:

  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację (w mowie i piśmie).
  • umiejętność programowania w Pythonie lub ,
  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (lub w trakcie),
  • zainteresowanie metodyką Site Reliability Engineering.
