Providing network and systems access support to Sylvamo employees and contractors in facilities across various businesses and countries will give you the opportunity to have a comprehensive overview of our systems and processes.

You will participate in access management projects and operational activities for essential business systems globally.


Additionally, you will support the Identity and Access Management policies and standards as well as assist business areas on defining and maintaining access management processes and ensuring their execution.


responsibilities :

Support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards, lifecycle management, and other established operational processes, including end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support of IAM technologies and services.

Work with application developers and IT operations to test, deploy and maintain enterprisewide solutions.

Serve as subject matter expert to troubleshoot and support issues, including as a part of the on-call rotation.

Participate in meetings with business partners to educate and ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies.

Support the establishment and continuous improvement of IAM processes to ensure dayto-day operational stability and security.


Provide analysis/validation of remediation actions taken, opportunities for improvements, and out of the box thinking for optimizations and solving roadblocks.

Partner with the key customers to meet service level agreements for IAM.

Maintain applicable Enterprise Service Levels (SLAs) for the IAM tower.

Assist with developing technical requirements and documentation.


Stay up to date with declining, current, and emerging technologies in the area of Cyber Security to ensure proper visibility of emerging threats and cyber-attacks prevention.

Work as part of a global remote team to discuss and collaborate on ideas and solutions.


requirements-expected : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent experience, education and training.

3+ years of IT experience – preferably in IAM / IT Security-related positions.

Understanding of Identity & Access Management and security-related technologies and services.


Understanding of a variety of technical concepts such as: Networking, systems administration, application development, cloud computing and information security best practices.

Ability to operate with a high sense of integrity and urgency, including making timely decisions.

Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and data analysis.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear and concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical services, and users).

Self-motivation and the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

Ability to manage conflict and deal with ambiguity.
