Role- Vulnerability Management Analyst

The Vulnerability Management Operations Analyst will work within the CSAT VM Operations Team and report to the Head of VM Operations. This role involves managing the process of tracking and fixing security weaknesses (vulnerabilities) in the company's systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the Vulnerability Consolidation Platform (VCP).
  • Ensure proper functioning and setup of data feeds into the VCP.
  • Review and correct compliance report timelines for remediation.
  • Monitor VCP integration with other systems and address issues.
  • Manage user access and administration for the VCP.
  • Create and maintain dashboards on the VCP.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with the Central Planning Platform.
  • Produce and review routine operational reports.
  • Ensure accurate senior management reporting.
  • Collaborate with patching teams to plan and track remediation.
  • Work with the team on system decommissioning priorities.
  • Identify and report open vulnerabilities from evergreening activities.
  • Develop relationships with VM and Evergreening teams.
  • Plan, execute, and manage meetings, tracking attendance and actions.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and support other CSAT activities.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of vulnerability management and patch management.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and large data sets.
  • Ability to learn data export from systems/applications.
  • Experience in identifying and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience influencing and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Proactive, independent, and positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
