Accountant with English Language Skills

Your responsibilities

  • Posting Payments from Clients: Accurately record incoming payments from clients and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Calculating Commissions for Agents: Compute and process commission payments for sales agents based on predefined criteria.
  • Preparing Reports on New Orders: Generate detailed reports on new orders received, including financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze revenue reports, ensuring all revenue is correctly accounted for and reported.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, following up on overdue accounts and coordinating with clients as needed.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with International Teams: Work closely with international colleagues to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Our requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.
