Your New Role...

This role is dedicated to supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) division of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD Advertising, Affiliate and TV Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer Subscription, Theatrical, and various other accounts receivable tasks. The individual in this position will oversee the analysis of complex portfolios, manage customer billing, handle invoice discrepancies, cash receipts, and enhance working capital. They will offer guidance and training to A/R analysts, identify areas for process and system enhancement to boost productivity and efficiency.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Manage designated portfolios to meet or surpass monthly and yearly collection targets through prompt billing, resolution of invoices, and cash applications
  • Resolve non-payment issues with customers and provide support on intricate matters such as short-payments, credits, and pending invoices
  • Efficiently handle challenging customer billing requests to enhance productivity, payment resolution, and efficiency
  • Maintain customer contact details and specific guidelines for portfolio accounts, and assist in invoice distribution as necessary
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including BPOs
  • Identify and implement enhancements in A/R and Billing processes through technological or procedural advancements
  • Generate essential KPI reports as assigned by management to monitor collections
  • Maintain documentation for compliance audits and reporting

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Background in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales preferred
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of any European language is advantageous
  • Experience in project management or leadership roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated independent analytical and problems-solving abilities
  • Self-driven with strong self-management skills to meet multiple deadlines
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, creatively, and efficiently
  • Proven history of meeting set deadlines
