We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Client's team as a Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the customers, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional service. This role will be based in Warsaw and will require active cooperation with the sales representatives, accurate order processing, and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints.

On this position you will be responsible for:
  • building trust-based, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication with accuracy and timeliness;
  • acting as the key point of contact for customers, obtaining feedback and ensuring the right level of customer satisfaction;
  • processing orders in the Company's system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  • collaborate closely with the sales department to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets;
  • ensure the accuracy of customer-related data and documentation, including documents and orders;
  • coordinate freight and book transport in collaboration with logistic partners and warehouses, including non-standard or urgent delivery requests;
  • provide supporting documentation regarding deliveries to customers;
  • resolve customer queries, complaints, and manage returns in a timely and effective manner;
  • issue invoices and collaborate with the finance department regarding credit management on customers' accounts;
Qualifications and Skills:
  • min. 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in cooperation with B2B Customers;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers;
  • strong problem-solving abilities;
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation;
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks;
  • strong organizational and time management skills;
  • proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal.
