People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For a long-term project for our German partner, we are looking for a CRM Consultant with German.

The project is extremely interesting and allows you to solve real problems. While working on this project you will be in direct contact with everyone on our client side. You will travel regularly to Germany to meet with clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Conception, realisation and implementation of CRM solutions in close cooperation with our project management and developers
  • Provide active support to our customers throughout the phases of a CRM project
  • Point of contact for analysing and documenting customer requirements
  • Advising on the design and optimisation of business processes, e.g. in the areas of marketing, sales and service
  • Planning, conducting and documenting customer workshops
  • Regular support and training for our users - perhaps even earlier
  • Meetings with clients in Germany

Requirements that must be met:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with implementation of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamic
  • Experience as Consultant / Business Solution Manager
  • Used to work directly with clients
  • Strong analytical, team and solution oriented skills
  • Completed (IT) training or degree in (business) informatics or economics with a focus on IT
  • Very good German and good English and Polish skills
  • Travel readiness to Germany
  • Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 - an advantage
