  • Execute CRM campaigns to support APAC and EU market calendars.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Team Lead and local market CRM specialists to manage campaign execution for local market CRM calendars.
  • Execute campaigns across various channels including: Email, App Push, Web Push, SMS, MMS.
  • Work primarily with the CRM Team Lead and coordinate with local stakeholders from: Marketing, Design, Vouchers, Legal, Operations.
  • Receive and execute campaign details as briefed by local markets.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM platform partners.
  • Report and analyze performance across various CRM channels.
  • Understand database attributes, segmentation, and CRM best practices.

  • Min. 3 years of proven CRM experience.
  • Experience in reporting and analysing performance across various CRM channels.
  • Experience managing CRM campaigns from end to end. This includes briefing, copywriting and proofing across various CRM channels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders to execute campaigns and manage priorities.
  • Good understanding of database attributes, segmentation and CRM best practices.
  • Being able to accommodate changing business needs within short turnaround times.
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of the technical systems behind CRM and MarTech platforms and programs.
  • Retail, FMCG or QSR marketing experience within international brands.
  • New office in the city center of Kraków
