Vercom is a leading developer of global cloud communications platforms (CPaaS) such as MailerLite and MessageFlow, which empower companies to build strong relationships with their audiences through a variety of channels, including email, SMS, RCS, MMS, web push, mobile push, and instant messages (OTT). Our solutions automate and scale communication processes while ensuring high deliverability, efficiency, and security.

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead our content initiatives and manage our global content strategy. This role requires an innovative leader with a strategic vision to enhance our market presence.

As a Content Manager with us, you will:

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy to build a robust brand image across Europe.
  • Identify market trends and adjust strategies to leverage consumer behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO specialists, and other teams to co-create marketing strategies and content plans.
  • Manage a content team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials that align with our strategic goals.
  • Maintain and update content calendars, and ensure effective distribution of content to maximize reach and engagement.

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in content management or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (C level or native).
  • Proven ability to manage website content, including product features, landing pages, and white papers.
  • Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and creating content that drives engagement and leads.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a remote workplace environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting and managing diverse content types for blogs, websites, newsletters, social media, product descriptions, and more.
  • Leading content strategy development for global markets to effectively achieve marketing goals.
  • Researching and staying current with content trends, consumer preferences, and technological advances.
  • Implementing and refining SEO strategies across all content.
  • Managing and mentoring the content team, and overseeing the content lifecycle from creation to distribution.
