  • Lead and build a growing and diverse team of Sales Development Managers and SDRs
  • Build and execute the outbound process
  • Work closely with our CRO and Demand Gen teams to develop the best tactics to increase demand
  • Ensure alignment with Sales Director as we expand into new markets
  • Directly manage and develop personalized multi-channel outbound cadences that deliver value to the market segments we are a good fit for.
  • Monitor, support, and train our Sales Development Representatives to set them up for success
  • Hire, develop and promote the top performing SDRs into AE roles
  • Ensure delivery of KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis by regularly assessing progress against weekly and monthly forecasts

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a Business or Sales Development leadership role - ideally with a B2C and E-commerce SaaS product (MARTECH preferred)
  • A successful track record in leading and scaling Business or Sales Development teams
  • High level of self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, innovation, and adaptability
  • The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team
  • Exceptional personal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Passion, drive and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference to both the Company and our Customers
  • High-level of business acumen
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proven experience in creating solutions that result in a win-win for all parties
  • A strong leader with executive presence and excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
