Position Description

  • Contact new, untouched, or inactive customers to expand QIAGEN's market reach.
  • Clarify and communicate customers' needs internally and externally, evaluating available resources to meet them.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly goals.
  • Solicit feedback from customers on webinars and gather market insights.
  • Enhance product awareness.
  • Identify sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Sales Team to strategize future marketing initiatives for improved conversion rates.
  • Document and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Database.
  • Support local exhibitions and seminars, manage attendee documentation, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Participate in global projects.

Position Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week under a 12-month civil contract.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Prior experience in sales or telesales is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a service-oriented work approach.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred.
