About Our Client

Our client is a company specialized in the manufacturing and sale of vehicles, offering a diverse range of models tailored to the needs of different markets.

In Wroclaw, the company operates its Shared Service Center (SSC), and within these structures we are currently looking for a Senior IT Auditor. The person in this position will serve as a team leader.

Job Description

  • Support Internal Audit Management in executing IT audits, formulating test plans, reviewing internal controls of financial reporting and test procedures.
  • Identify and provide recommendations and guidance with added value to the Group on identified security and control risks.
  • Comprehend and test the information system controls in areas of information assurance, access controls, change controls, disaster recovery, segregation of duties, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc.
  • Perform internal audits across Europe. These audits may be done independently or may be done by supervising Management's own self-audit activity.
  • Train and mentor staff assigned to the team. Prepare performance reviews at completion of audit assignment and provide to Management.
  • Perform SOX IT compliance audits, collaborating with all relevant departments, Affiliate contacts and external auditors to secure effective and efficient IT General Controls and Application Controls (ITGC-ITAC).
  • Participate in developing continuous monitoring controls and analytics that can be used both by auditors and in the business areas. Experience with Data Mining & Analytics software (ACL or IDEA) and audit software (TeamMate+) would be an advantage in this role.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master Degree IT Engineering / Computer Sciences / Business Engineering (or related)
  • 5+ years of experience of auditing IT General Controls and/or IT audits
  • Fluent in English
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or actively pursuing such a certification
  • Experience with Financial and IT applications such as Oracle Financials, Oracle BI, Mainframe/AS400 would be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills within an international environment (written and oral), experienced in People Management
  • You are passionate about IT and open-minded, you like working in teams
  • Willing to travel up to 15% through Europe
  • Working knowledge in some of:
    • General IT controls (for SOX purposes)
    • IT operations, IT service delivery, Applications and Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
    • Cloud based application management
    • Network environments, data centers,
    • Data analytics, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc.
    • General controls related to Oracle Database, Oracle Financials, AS400, Mainframe and Microsoft platforms
