About the role
As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibility is to provide our customers with first-class support. By guiding them through the platform in a clear and educational manner and troubleshooting any bugs or errors, you will add value, prevent churn, and most importantly, keep our customers happy
Key responsibilities
- Communicate efficiently with our customers by using a chat tool and email
- Managing customer interactions and issue reports from initial contact to resolution
- Becoming an expert on how PinMeTo functions and its capabilities
- Collaborating directly with the Product Team to identify current issues and synthesize the diverse feedback from our customers
- Ensuring that customers experience exceptional service and supportive guidance when using the platform
The team
In this position, you will be a part of the PinMeTo ́s Customer Success team, which is responsible for the customer's PinMeTo journey after being set up and onboarded to the platform.
PinMeTo has offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, and Portugal. For this role you will work with the team at our Gdansk office but of course have daily contact online with the rest of the team that is located in Malmö.

To thrive in this role we see that you
- Speak and write excellent professional English & Polish. Additional languages such as German or/and the Nordic languages are a big plus
- Have excellent communication and social skills to effectively interact with both customers and colleagues
- Are a digital native and comfortable working in a digital environment
- Understand the real value of the Customer Experience and preferably have some experience with B2B Customer Support
