Fortrea is in search of a skilled **Senior Analyst-Workday Reporting** to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports in the Workday system to support the HR and finance departments. The ideal applicant should possess a solid grasp of Workday reporting tools and best practices, in addition to strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and develop Workday reports using tools like Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards tailored to various business units
  • Conduct data analysis to spot trends, anomalies, and areas for enhancement
  • Sustain existing reports and troubleshoot issues as necessary
  • Keep abreast of Workday updates and new reporting features, advocating for best implementation practices
  • Offer training and assistance to end users on report creation and utilization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in place of educational qualifications

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience with Workday reporting tools
  • Workday Reporting Certification is a plus
  • Over 5 years of experience with Workday data model and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in SQL and other query languages
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
