Realizowanie celów sprzedażowych poprzez promocję produktów i udostępnianie informacji medycznych.

Orientacja na promocję w celu zapewnienia lepszej jakości obsługi klienta.

Główne obowiązki osoby w tej roli:

Elementy podstawowe

Promowanie portfolio produktów na powierzonym terenie, zgodnie z aktualną strategią marketingową. Do 50% promocji realizowanej za pośrednictwem mediów cyfrowych (rozmowy wideo, e-maile, telefon). Ciągły rozwój produktu i wiedzy medycznej zgodny z ChPL i wykorzystywanie go w kontaktach z klientami. Ciągły rozwój i wykorzystanie umiejętności związanych ze sprzedażą produktów farmaceutycznych. Analiza terytorium w zakresie osiągania celów sprzedażowych, poszukiwania możliwości rozwoju sprzedaży, ciągłego monitorowania realizacji celów sprzedażowych i odpowiedniego dostosowania taktyki. Monitorowanie i dostarczanie przełożonemu informacji o środowisku rynkowym. Terminowe planowanie i wdrażanie działań promocyjnych zgodnie z terytorialnym planem biznesowym i celami jakościowymi FOCUS. Zarządzanie budżetem promocyjnym adekwatne do aktualnej sytuacji i potrzeb na danym terytorium. Raportowanie działań i wydatków zgodnie z uzgodnionym harmonogramem. Zapewnienie dostępności produktu w aptekach poprzez współpracę z Zespołem handlowym oraz własny monitoring sytuacji. Wykonywanie innych zadań i projektów uzgodnionych z kierownikiem liniowym. Przestrzeganie procedur firmy oraz działanie zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i regulacjami. Budowanie "One Pfizer" poprzez właściwe informowanie o wartościach firmy Pfizer i podejściu opartym na jednym celu.

CZEGO OCZEKUJEMY

Wymagania obowiązkowe:

Wykształcenie wyższe Co najmniej 2 lata pracy jako PSR/PM z RX w innej firmie / jednostce biznesowej firmy Pfizer Udokumentowana historia Dobra znajomość branży farmaceutycznej Zdolność do budowania skutecznych relacji z najważniejszymi klientami Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne Etyczne podejście do biznesu Znajomość języka angielskiego co najmniej na poziomie podstawowym (z zamiarem jej rozwijania) Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office, nowoczesne platformy komunikacyjne) Prawo jazdy kategorii B i doświadczenie w prowadzeniu pojazdów

Wiedza medyczna na temat leku i obszaru terapeutycznego na poziomie umożliwiającym indywidualne i grupowe spotkania promocyjne z lekarzami specjalistami Orientacja na klienta Orientacja na cel / dążenie do wyników biznesowych. Duża chęć uczenia się i samorozwoju w oparciu o znajomość swoich mocnych i słabych stron (nowe kanały cyfrowe/podejście do klientów). Otwartość na zmiany, elastyczność Koncentrowanie się na znalezieniu nowych rozwiązań – proaktywna postawa i kreatywność.
