Do zadań zatrudnionej osoby należeć będzie:

  • współdziałanie w zespole celem osiągnięcia wysokiej jakości pracy biura
  • dbanie o satysfakcję klientów oraz podnoszenie standardów obsługi
  • monitorowanie historii przesyłek i wyjaśnianie niezgodności
  • wprowadzanie danych do systemu
  • obsługa Klientów poprzez telefon i e-mail
  • weryfikacja i bezpośrednia kooperacja z kurierami
  • tworzenie raportów dotyczących działalności

Oczekiwania:

  • doskonała organizacja pracy własnej
  • zaangażowanie i determinacja w realizacji zadań
  • umiejętność współpracy z podwykonawcami
  • wytrwałość i efektywność pracy pod presją czasu i wyników
  • umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz szybkie zdobywanie nowych umiejętności
  • obsługa komputera i pakietu MS Office na dobrym poziomie
  • preferowana komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom A1/A2)
