GSK HR People Services Operations Specialist Role HR People Services Operations Specialist (with FRENCH)
  • Provide HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents with adherence to legal rules and collective agreements in Belgium
  • Act as the HR Tier1 Team's Subject Matter Expert for specific HR Processes & Activities, offering guidance on processing transactions accurately in Workday and other HR systems
  • Maintain HR Data and Transactions in relevant HR Systems
  • Be the primary contact for inquiries from managers and employees via cases (ServiceNow)
  • Support Line Managers, employees, and peers with intricate transactional HR matters, delivering operational and tactical HR support emphasizing Workday navigation, HR advisory, and procedure coaching
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, optimization, and/or reconfiguration of processes in alignment with GSK strategy and values
  • Ensure Data Privacy in a highly data-sensitive environment, ensuring Data accuracy and conducting Quality Controls & Audits for data feed into the Payroll System
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to guarantee high accuracy in resolutions and customer satisfaction
  • Engage with various stakeholders and operate within project-based frameworks
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the relevance of Knowledge Articles and Service Operating Model as per global & local standards
  • Work closely with in-market Team Members to stay updated on processes and maintain high customer service standards
  • Cooperate with local HR Business Partners and external vendors to enhance processes
  • Utilize case management system for efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for employees or managers, providing regular updates until closure

You might also: handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, and email support for end-to-end navigation assistance

  • Proven track record of experience (+1 years) in a similar or related HR role
  • Fluency in French and Good English language skills
  • Experience with HR Systems and Business facing roles in an international environment
  • Ownership, problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and HR tools like Workday and Service Now
  • Team spirit, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
  • Accountability, organizational skills, and knowledge of French HR labor law/collective agreements are advantageous
