HR People Services Operations Specialist for Hungary and Portugal (12 month fix term contract)

In this role you will...

  • Provide end to end "hire to retire" HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents and Payroll admin activities with subject to all legal rules and collective agreements
  • Be the first point of contact for queries coming from manager and employees via cases (ServiceNow)
  • Become the HR Tier1 Team's Subject Matter Expert for the given HR Processes & Activities and provide guidance on processing transactions correctly in Workday and other HR systems
  • Handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, email to provide end-to-end navigation support to GSK employees
  • Support Line Managers, employees and peers with complex transactional HR matters, providing operational and tactical HR support with a focus on Workday navigation, HR advisory and procedure coaching
  • Work in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction
  • Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Knowledge Articles including indicated Service Operating Model are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted global & local standards

  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
  • Proven track of experience (+1 years) working in a shared service environment
  • Ownership and end-to-end accountability for resolution
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Team spirit, reliability, commitment and flexibility
  • Accountability and very good organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday, Service Now or any other/similar related HR Systems preferred but not a must
  • Partnering skills and understanding how HR can contribute to the business
  • Experience working with Power BI7
