Main purpose of the position /Key expectations:

  • Ensure that the role of change and communications is considered a credible Business Partner
  • Set clear measurable goals for how to propose, manage and deliver specific change interventions
  • Be seen as a dedicated change leader who can influence at all levels (up and sideways)
  • Act as an advocate and pro-active colleague of the Group Enterprise Change Management Team

What you'll do:

Communication related responsibilities

  • Manage the change story and create a detailed communication plans that supports it
  • Engage stakeholders in a way that addresses concerns, build support, and manage expectations
  • Lead to ensure a stakeholder map is in place and accurate in addressing the needs
  • Build the change road map with engagement activities for each stakeholder group
  • Align the change road map with the Group Communication team to connect with global strategies
  • Adjust the general communication packages with the most updated core story
  • Enable the project team to develop their own communication and material
  • Assist leaders to communicate in alignment with project / program goals and objectives
  • Direct country stakeholders to the available tool-box for support of their communications activities
  • Create surveys to measure stakeholder buy in and their perception of the value-creation
  • Be active in all the project life cycle activities and work closely with the Project Manager/-Owner
  • Own the Finance Transformation Sharepoint and ensure content addresses the needs

Change related responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, deliver and measure change activities during the project lifecycle following the ADKAR model of change
  • Analyze the impact of changes on different aspects of the organization
  • Be involved in Benefits tracking activities in close collaboration with Project Manager and Project Owner
  • With across the enterprise to build skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes or systems
  • Assess the readiness for change and identify potential barriers in close collaboration with Enterprise Change Management CoE, Project Manager and Project Owner
  • Address resistance to change and help leaders embrace new ways of working in close collaboration with the Transition Lead
  • Be a change activist who remind leaders to sustain for benefit realization and long-term adoption

Who you'll work with:

  • Head of Group Enterprise Change Management (direct reporting to this role)
  • Leaders and Experts within the Group Enterprise Change Team
  • Project owner and Project Manager
  • Project critical stakeholders (cross functional and in countries)
  • 5-10 years of the relevant experience within the change management
  • Experience in participating the Financial Transformation
  • Communication/engagement/marketing background is preferable
  • Experience within operating on various company levels (country/regional/group)
  • Educational background- bachelor's or master's degree, preferably from the related field of study
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
