  • Preparing and interpreting periodical cash reports for internal purposes and for the Group Treasury Department
  • Managing business relationships with banks, key stakeholders and clients
  • Opening/closing corporate bank accounts, arranging proper setting for bank accounts on online banking platforms
  • Supporting back-office documentation and KYC/AML process
  • Managing and updating user access to banking platforms (user entitlements, access profiles, signatory limits, acceptance schemes)
  • Conducting the assigned JLL SOX / operational controls in accordance with the internal documentation
  • Solving reported issues and preparing specifications for functional changes
  • Supporting financial projects and other ad-hoc duties in accordance with management needs
  • Supporting JLL entities with implementation of best practices in Treasury processes
  • Providing support to EMEA Treasury team members in other treasury activities (especially related to bank account and user's acceptation schemes management)
  • Engaging in the modification and creation of automated processes and procedures
  • Maintain high level of service and controls
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management
  • Audit / SOX / process controls experience
  • 3+ Years of experience in banking or treasury
  • Fluency in English and polish (both written and spoken)
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • A general knowledge of accounting or banking
  • Practical knowledge of treasury,banking, payments area
  • Ability to discuss key items with management and senior management
