Junior Treasury AnalystSummary of the role
Currently we are looking for a candidate with financial background to join our team in Treasury department.
In this role you'll be responsible for
Bank Management
Provide data for monthly journal entries relating to cash management activities when necessaryBank account reconciliation (for Treasury related entries) and bank statement reportingCoordinate with accounting team for bank general ledger upload, journal entry differences and general troubleshootingIncoming & outgoing payments
Payment submission (direct debit, cheque payments, special payments, etc.) following regulatory requirementsExecute the manual posting for treasury related operations and control and review the automatic postingsReview and approve master data for vendors and travel agencies for accurate paymentsReview monthly interest expense and accrualsReporting & document management
Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports, cashflow, forecast and assist in monthly and year end closingProvide support to internal and external auditor requestsPrepare necessary reports or materials for decision-makingArchive and safe custody all documentation generated in daily operations when requiredEnsure compliance with local regulations and Group policyAbout the ideal candidate
Prior experience in SAP is desirable (preferably S4 Hana)Proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of finance and accounting processesCommunication skills for issue resolutionBasic knowledge of company and travel industry is an advantageWe can offer you
