  • Actively contribute to the strategy for building future revenues and profits of Henkel Consumer Brands in Net Revenue Management - pricing, promotions, trade terms, and assortment
  • Create a motivated and strong NRM team and manage it to provide tools, recommendations, processes, or training for Henkel Consumer Brands teams in NRM
  • Manage the process of implementing price increases effectively, co-create long-term pricing goals for key brands and products
  • Analyze the effectiveness of key actions and investments in terms of generated revenues and return on investment
  • Provide selected recurring analyses, reports, and tools to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of Henkel Consumer Brands' actions
  • Replacement contract with possibility of extension
TWOJE UMIEJĘTNOŚCI
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Higher education (preferably in economics, finance, econometrics)
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude
  • Enjoyment of working with numbers, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to present recommendations clearly
  • Strategic thinking
  • Proficient in Excel, preferred knowledge of Power BI
  • Fluent in English and Polish
