As a team player, you will be involved in RDQ activities essential for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects, focusing on delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

How You'll Make a Difference

Under the mentorship of a manager, you will coordinate and execute projects aligning with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing needs, ensuring effective communication of progress and risks. You'll organize and oversee pilot plant and factory trials adhering to good manufacturing practices and HACCP requirements, along with conducting development tasks like product shelf-life testing, quality design, and consumer test preparation. Additionally, you will prepare detailed technical reports involving result analysis, conclusions, recommendations, and upkeep of accurate consumer-oriented specifications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing proficiency
