Job Title: Health and Safety Officer (Part-time - 20% working time)


About the Company: The company is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Officer to join their team. They are committed to providing a safe and secure work environment for all employees.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Health & Safety failure investigation and verifying effectiveness of corrective actions implemented
  • Providing Health and Safety & Fire Prevention training to new employees, as well as visitors and contractors employees
  • Performing Risk Assessments and ensuring compliance with Polish legislative requirements for all activities
  • Providing H&S support to employees and managers
  • Implementing and coordinating the H&S Programs, Policies and Procedures for the location. Maintaining and updating Safety Standards
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Polish H&S regulations

Requirements for the Role:

  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Polish is required, as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set and lead priorities, allocate resources, set performance targets, and lead project initiatives in a global environment
