That position will be on ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the organization which requires exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Your responsibilities include

  • Support our Executive Team and work closely with our Executive Team to set and track business priorities.
  • Manage data-driven tasks such as analytics, research and reporting.
  • Efficiently handle meeting minutes, presentations, contact cleanup, and other documents on behalf of the Executive Team.
  • Support the company's operational strategy.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting.
  • Monitor financial performance and pinpoint improvement areas.
  • Manage access to company accounts and handling ongoing correspondence, ensuring proper circulation of documents.
  • Close collaboration in the finance area nad taking care of invoices issue.
  • Verify and ensure timely payments, plan and monitor organizational costs
  • Manage and reconcile bank statements
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with investors, partners, and clients.
  • Organizing business travel and off-site meetings.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Previous working experience is essential, internships included, ideally in Project Management, Assistant roles, or Operations.
  • At least one year of experience in administrative or assistant roles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English at a C1 level.
  • Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ideal for a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented, with a proven ability to forge effective relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, focusing on data and technology.
  • A proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and demonstrating accountability.
  • Ambition and the capacity for independent thought and action.
Nice to Have
  • You're strategic thinking with the ability to make informed decisions and act under pressure.
  • Experience in gaming, Web3, Crypto, or new technologies
  • You're experienced in project management (ex. during your studies)
