We're seeking an Associate Field Support Engineer to provide top-notch 1st and 2nd level support to our esteemed Infor Professionals.

Your role involves offering assistance via phone, email, and direct interactions with end users. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues remotely or on-site, as well as ensuring proper routing and escalation within our IT framework. Your contribution plays a pivotal role in optimizing the use of Information Technology within our company. This position is based in our office in Wroclaw.

Day In The Life Typically Includes

  • Onsite IT support in EMEA offices, The Main office is where you are based (Wroclaw)
  • Supporting Events On-site or Out-site when requested
  • The general refresh process includes collecting the previous machine
  • Managing IT stock including the recycling process, ordering
  • Cross-department support (Av, network, facilities)
  • Apply good practice in the ticketing system including DMF
  • Teaching other employees by documentation or other tools
  • Developing your skills and driving your personal transformation
Required Skills
  • Basic understanding of network topologies
  • Thorough understanding of desktop operating systems
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks within an agreed timescale
  • English language level intermediate is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the IT field will be an advantage
  • Educational background related to the IT field might be a plus
