As part of our IT Operations Competence Center of more than 500 professionals, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide local IT support to end users. The person who joins us will have the opportunity to work with a global team, playing an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and in supporting users on a daily basis.

Our IT Operations Competence Center supports customers in four main areas: IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Desk and ServiceNow, with ongoing projects covering more than 400,000 users in 3,200 different locations.

As part of our IT Operations Competence Center of more than 500 professionals, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide local IT support to end users. The person who joins us will have the opportunity to work with a global team, playing an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and in supporting users on a daily basis.

Our IT Operations Competence Center supports customers in four main areas: IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Desk and ServiceNow, with ongoing projects covering more than 400,000 users in 3,200 different locations.

Your role
  • Provide technical support for problems reported by users
  • Assist in the preparation of new computer equipment
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment for meetings
  • Work with the IT team to implement and maintain the IT infrastructure (servers, network hardware and software systems)
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals)
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks e.g. system updates, patches and backups to ensure security and stability of IT systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users on IT-related issues, including applications, email and remote access solutions
  • Document IT processes, procedures and troubleshooting steps, streamlining the process of knowledge sharing and end-user training
Your skills
  • At least 4 years of experience in an IT support position
  • English language capable of fluent communication
  • Use of Airwatch Workspace One application to manage mobile devices
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Calendar
  • Hands-on experience working with operating systems
  • Ability to install network and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) hardware, as well as comprehensive VPN support
  • Familiarity with Trend Av antivirus software, BeyondTrust privileged access management solutions, and remote desktop and support software applications (e.g. Connectwise, AirWatch, Jira Service Desk, etc.).
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting conference room equipment, including speakerphones, cameras and televisions
  • Practical knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical problems
