Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate matching of vendor invoices with Purchase Orders receipts
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices in a timely manner
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements, follow up on missing invoices
  • Maintain precise accounts payable filing
  • Adhere to internal checking and approval procedures
  • Resolve invoice queries efficiently
  • Manage assigned ledgers and support audit processes
  • Handle vendor inquiries and escalate when needed
  • Recommend improvements to Accounts Payable processes

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English proficiency (essential)
  • Accounting/Finance or related qualification (desirable)

Experience:

  • Finance background (essential)
  • Accounts payable experience (desirable)

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Essential knowledge of ERP Systems
