Main purpose of the position

As Operations Manager, People & Culture, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient services and processes to our leaders and employees in ISS Group Functions. We have 4 main Group locations in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Gdansk, and Porto as well as colleagues in our regions.

You will join the team People & Culture, Group Functions which is a part of our Global P&C organization. We support approximately 900 Group employees in global functions such as Finance, IT, Commercial, Legal and many other. In each of the functions we have colleagues in a variety of positions at both executive and senior level as well as key operational roles.

Your primary focus will be on establishing, leading, and developing a team of People & Culture Generalists with a strong service mindset and the right skills to match the many different tasks in the team. You will also be required to be hands on in the execution of tasks in the team from time to time.

We will rely on you and your team of generalists to support harmonization and automation of P&C transactional processes and services and executing in accordance with global requirements and the Service Delivery Model for P&C Group Functions. You will play a key role in shaping this Service Delivery Model as we still need to increase quality in data management and optimize processes via further digitalization and identified process improvements.

What you will do:

Manage optimal usage of P&C platforms and systems and coordinate roll out of changes or new initiatives according to our global roadmaps. This happens in close collaboration with colleagues from the Group P&C People Experience team and Global IT. Establish a solid service delivery model with clear service level agreements. Deliver people data reporting, take care of records management in (SuccessFactors) and ensure data quality audit. Manage administration of P&C policies, benefit programs and annual processes e.g., salary review and bonus payout in close collaboration with P&C Business Partners at our HQ sites Ensure compliance with labor law and social security regulations in policies, documents, processes, and case handling in close alignment with P&C Business Partners, Global mobility and Legal. Deliver transactional tasks related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding e.g., sending employment contracts and information to new hires, change requests regarding employment conditions for individual employees, update systems in case of changes to the organizational structure and reporting lines, manage exit interview process etc. Manage payroll input arrives up to date and timely for the monthly payroll managed by external parties. Ensure team availability as 1st line support for candidates, employees, and managers to answer questions or requests related to P&C policies, processes, use of systems etc. Training and support to the users of P&C systems.

You constantly have your eyes on matching our delivery methods to the business needs and it comes natural to you to look for optimization opportunities. You keep yourself up to date on external trends within our services.

Professional skills you possess:

Experience working in an international matrix organization. A good understanding of how user-friendly and automated people journeys enables business effectiveness and delivers efficiencies. Proven experience leading teams Project management Process design Proven experience with HRIS solutions such as SuccessFactors, Workday or similar Fluent in spoken and written English
