You will utilise your excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide timely responses to queries and requests.
In this role you will be responsible for the HR data maintenance and also for the integrity and accuracy of employee records in our HRIS systems.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.
You r Role Accountabilities...
Collect, manage, verify data that has to be submitted to the Payroll teams Update / maintain master data in relevant HCM systems Analyse data processed in the systems to determine compliance and accuracy Conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of transactions and processes Prepare different reports (predefined / ad-hoc) required for Payroll purposes Support employees, line managers and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management Manage and action cases requested by employees in HCM system and ServiceNow Work collaboratively as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other Discovery teams (such as Global Technology & Operations) to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if required Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies Assist in training new team members Assis in maintaining accurate and up to date process guides for the Pre-payroll team Focus on ongoing process improvements Perform other responsibilities as assigned which may become essential to the positionQualifications & Experience...
2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services Fluency in Polish & English& Dutch both written & spoken Payroll related experience. Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems like ServiceNow (case management), Workday, SAP, ADP is preferred. Strong skills required with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong relationship skills. Experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness. Skilled in process improvements and problem solving, taking initiative to own work projects/tasks. Ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment independently. Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic experience in project management Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels and in English. Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment. Comfortable working with a global consumer base and different Culture.What's in it for you...
