What will this job entail:

Actively organize and participate in sales meetings in collaboration with representatives from Hexe Group companies, driving the sales process and ensuring successful outcomes. Regularly coordinate activities with the Executive team and Sales departments across all companies within the group, fostering a cohesive approach to business development. Conduct thorough market and company analysis to identify potential business opportunities, contributing to the strategic direction of Hexe Capital. Establish, build, and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact. Identify client needs, analyze their challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.



Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

You possess in-depth knowledge of the operations of large companies and corporations, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. You have at least 8 years of experience in sales positions, with a proven track record of success in this field. You have an extensive network of business contacts and a background in acquiring new clients. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective international collaboration. You excel at building long-term business relationships. *We plan to expand our collaboration with Canadian partners – familiarity with this market or proficiency in French will be an additional asset.
