About the role

Xperi is looking for a highly motivated Technical Account Manager with a strong technical background to join the content onboarding team. If you are enthusiastic about the Smart TV industry and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with content partners, internal teams, and stakeholders in delivering high-quality content applications.

What you will get to do:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for content providers during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with content partners to understand their needs and provide technical support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding project delivery.
  • Conduct meetings with content providers and cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to process improvements.

Who we are looking for:

Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of web apps, video tech stack, and content delivery systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Value asset:
  • Experience in Smart TV or digital media industry.
  • Knowledge of other languages for global collaboration.
