Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruitment Consultant to join our global team.

About You

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, fostering long-term partnerships with potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified IT professionals for client openings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements, company culture, and job specifications
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates

Requirement

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment
  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online platforms and databases
  • Good knowledge of Google X-ray, LinkedIn, and Social media sourcing techniques
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
