Job Description

  • Building long term relationships with Candidates and Clients and internal stakeholders in our Team
  • Developing new business relationships through sales and networking
  • Establishing recruitment requirements with Clients
  • Managing End-to-End recruitment projects, cooperation with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Board Members
  • Searching for candidates using internal and external tools, searching the market, explore the new sources
  • Market and trends analysis, reports
  • Actively taking a part in all Michael Page internal local and international initiatives, e.g employer branding, strategy, process improvement projects
  • Share the experience and knowledge with a team and business

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing department or in recruitment agency, internal HR department
  • Fluent Polish language, English (both spoken and written) min., B2 level - daily communication with Clients or Michael Page Teams
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, goal oriented
  • Looking for new solutions and hands on attitude
